How To Play Ultimate
A short animated video giving an overview of what the game of Ultimate is about.
Watch thisUltimate is a fast-moving, non-contact team sport enjoyed by millions of players the world over. Although frequently compared to sports like soccer, netball, basketball, or American football, Ultimate has some unique features that set it apart. There are no referees. And it's played with a flying disc.
To compete at the highest level, Ultimate players require speed, agility and endurance. Yet beginners find the game easy to learn and fun to play. Grab a disc, get out there, and discover why many think this is the ultimate team sport.

Watch thisWe're a small, welcoming group of players. We have a mixture of ages, genders, and playing experience. The majority of people in the club have only been playing for a short while, and we have have players aged between 16 and, well, let's just say somewhere-north-of-late-30s, so you won't feel out of place.
We have weekly training sessions, and we go to a few tournaments each year as a team, or arrange friendlies between other local teams.
Anyone can play Ultimate, and don't worry about not knowing how to throw or play: we'll teach you everything you need to know. We play twice a week at Manor Farm in Kingsey: on Mondays from 7:30–9pm, and Thursdays from 7:15–8:45pm.
Those under 14 years old can join our junior sessions on Thursdays from 6–7:15pm.
